Factors Analysis On Cluster Development Of Strategic Emerging Industry In Northeast China

Strategic emerging industry is based on the major technological breakthrough, embodies the characteristics of low consumption of material resources and good comprehensive benefit, and have a significant leading role in the long-term economic development. In the technology of increasing demand and increasingly fierce international competition environment, cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries has become an important strategic measure to transform the economic development mode and promoting China's industrial competitiveness.Northeast China combines with their own location advantages, puts forward the key areas of cultivating and developing of strategic emerging industries and their development direction. At present, the development trend of strategic emerging industries is good in Northeast China, but cluster development trend is not obvious. This paper first describes the industrial agglomeration theory. Secondly, this essay analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the cluster of strategic emerging industries in Northeast China, measures the concentration level of strategic emerging industries in Northeast China using industry concentration and location entropyand, have a horizontal comparative analysis with other economic zones in China, and concludes that the level of industrial agglomeration is low but the development trend good. Next, it constructs the index system of the influencing factors of the strategic emerging industry agglomeration in Northeast China, analyses related influence factors by using the Grey-Correlation method. According to the gray correlation degree, the order is factor endowment, consumer purchasing power, industry characteristics, policy support, and innovation ability. Finally, based on the previous theoretical research and empirical analysis results, combine with the actual situation in Northeast China, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the agglomeration development of strategic emerging industries in Northeast China.
