The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Economic Cooperation Organization Development Research Of H City

Organizations rural economic cooperation have been playing a great role in solving the problems concerning agriculture, farmers and the rural areas in China. The emergence of the new economic cooperation organizations has attracted great attention from the central and local governments, as well as the whole society. As an effective way of stimulating the enthusiasm of the broad masses of farmers and combining agriculture and market, they help to build a new socialist countryside. Therefore, it is important to study the rural economic cooperation organizations in the context of China's rapid economic development in the new period.Rural economic cooperation organizations are developed on the basis of the household responsibility contract system, with their rich forms and multi-facet matters. In accordance with the actual situation in the rural areas, the existing level of local development and management system, rural economic cooperation organizations help City H to establish the its own forms and operational modes with policy supports. Due to the nationwide exploration of rural economic cooperation organizations, local governments at all levels have become the main forces and supporters of the reform and development in this regard.This paper intends to analyze the good experience and existing problems in the development of rural economic cooperation organizations in City H with a survey of the economic cooperation organizations in 830 villages in the City. Based on a summary of the good experience in City H, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the rural economic cooperation organizations, which is significant to the development of rural economic cooperation organizations in City H.For this reason, this paper, in a way, serves as reference as to what kind of policy or approach that City H government will adopt to develop the local rural economic cooperation organizations, and how the local rural economic cooperation organizations will be like in the coming years.
