Economic globalization and global information together constitute the 21st century international business environment, the two promote each other, closely linked. As a new thing derived from internet technology, network marketing has gradually gained recognition from the market because of its low cost, large amount of information, wide spread range and fast speed. More and more enterprises all over the world have joined it. SMEs own limited conditions, the demand for network marketing is more urgent. The state attaches great importance to the development of small and medium enterprises, that they are related to the growth of the national economy and social development and stability. In order to support the infrastructure to help SMEs develop network marketing, the state on the one hand to increase publicity e-commerce advantages, so that enterprises can more deeply understand the application and operation of e-commerce; the other hand, the state is sparing no effort to foster third-party e-commerce platform, Hoping to solve their small and medium enterprises in the capital, personnel difficulties encountered, so as to further promote SME information. Network marketing process is a set of marketing process, rather than a particular activity. In the process of network marketing, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) encountered various problems. In this paper, we selected several general problems, using the qualitative research method of case analysis to study the new Yuyutong Co., Ltd. as the case of small and medium-This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of network marketing, and combines SWOT method with 4Ps combination of marketing theory and 4C theory of network marketing, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems of network marketing in the light of the characteristics of the company. This paper emphasizes network marketing to customer-centric, enterprises should create a stable, good network environment, the leadership team should pay attention to network marketing management, and actively carry out promotional activities. The author hopes to use the new YuYuTong environmental protection material network marketing example, to carry on the network marketing activity to encounter the similar difficult position the small and medium-sized enterprise some inspiration, in the article the strategy suggestion can use for it.
