Research On Development Of Agricultural Mechanization In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

Mechanization of agriculture is one of the main contents of agricultural modernization and material base. 2016 central document stressed that to promote agricultural modernization, we must strengthen the material equipments and technical supports. The material equipment and technical support is the focus of agricultural mechanization. With the more and more attention of agricultural mechanization, the development of Agricultural Mechanization in China has made a lot of achievements.Heilongjiang reclamation area location and distribution in the Xiaoxingan ridge foothills, Songnen Plain and Sanjiang Plain, and soil in soil and land connected plots, soil properties, the advantages of development of Heilongjiang reclamation area agricultural conditions. It jurisdictions 9 administrations, 113 farms, a total population of 1 million 723 thousand people, of which 849 thousand employees. Area of a total area of 56 thousand and 200 square kilometers, 43 million 280 thousand acres of arable land, accounting for 18.1% of the total arable land in Heilongjiang province. Heilongjiang reclamation area agriculture development is most advanced one in China's agricultural modernization and the development level of agricultural mechanization can already ranked among the developed countries.In this paper, Heilongjiang reclamation area as the research object, research on the development of agricultural mechanization. First is the analysis of the lessons and experiences of the foreign developed countries; followed by analysis of reclamation area agricultural mechanization development stage and the present situation. Finally, it analyzes the problems existing in the reclamation area agricultural mechanization development to the origin. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the status quo and problems in the development of agricultural mechanization. This article is divided into seven chapters, the specific framework is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. Mainly summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the study. And analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the development of agricultural mechanization, as well as the main content, research methods and technical routes of this paper.The second chapter is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis. The definition of agriculture and agricultural mechanization, the theory of agricultural industrialization, the theory of technology growth, the theory of institutional economics and the theory of sustainable development.The third chapter is the experience of the development of Agricultural Mechanization in developed countries in foreign countries. This chapter begins with an analysis of the sparsely populated states, much less the South Korea and France more balanced development experience, and according to their successful experience summed up the Enlightenment on the development of agricultural machinery in Heilongjiang reclamation area.The fourth chapter is the current situation of the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Heilongjiang reclamation area. It is divided into three parts, the development stage of agricultural mechanization, the present situation of agricultural mechanization and the development of agricultural mechanization.The fifth chapter is the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Heilongjiang reclamation area problems and causes.
