In recent years, national power supply enterprises emphasize the building of marketing system, which aims at “good service, good management, good image”; and constantly promote the implementation of functions of the marketing strategies; focus on promoting market construction, standardization of marketing, providing customers with a full range of services, and the lean marketing management achieved good results. During the period of 12 th Five-Year, the marketing business of power supply enterprises, focusing on the consolidation of basic management, strengthens standardized management and efforts to make lean marketing and integrated management reality.According to the national power company's “relevant norms on the development of power marketing management information system” and the power supply marketing business' s relevant management measures, this paper, based on advanced customer relationship management theory, proposes system improvement scheme, establishes optimization model and analyses functional and non-functional requirements of marketing system in detail. Furthermore, an optimal design from the software architecture, system module division, system module function, system database design and other aspects will also be mentioned. So, the main works of this paper will focus on the following points:(1) an understand and exploration of relevant power industry background and current situation based on the power marketing management information system development. To analyse domestic and foreign scholars' studies on the power marketing management theory and describe the significance of realise.(2) An analysis of some key technologies adopted in the connotation and application classification of power marketing system. Including data technology, computer programming technology and system architecture technology etc.; and a precise analysis of the current situation of power supply enterprise marketing business management system needs. Through field research of power supply enterprise on marketing business needs and organizational structure, this paper explains the characteristics of power supply enterprise marketing business, and mainly the existing power supply enterprise marketing information system construction and function of the application.(3) An introduction of the power marketing management system in relation to main module function design, system architecture design, database design, the power supply enterprise marketing business management system optimization design. Likewise, an optimization of the marketing application system of the professional modules, data management methods, business process structure, the actual application of functional design and other aspects of the existing system will also present.
