In this environment of Internet +, the competition between enterprise are become more and more fierce, want to win and survival and grow, actually it need to absorb more fresh blood supplement need to cultivate a large number of talents.As an enterprise.Therefore, the core competition of talent resources, had gain more attention from all society. Business operators realize that the nature of competition between enterprises is the internal human resources competition, the status of human resource management in enterprise is more and more high, and human resources recruitment is strong related to quality of human resource, effective recruitment work can not only improve the quality of employees, improving the structure of the staff, it can also inject new management thought and add new vitality for the enterprise. May even bring major innovation in technology, management, therefore the importance of recruiting work are also getting the recognition of the enterprise managers.SN Company as a second-tier cities, second-rate brand, IT companies, are also facing China’s software industry environment problems.Soin order to solve the problem of talent supply and unbalanced of software structure, to reduce the production cost and other issues, SN company combined with industry characteristics and their own characteristics, formulate a set of suitable human development and whole cycle training strategy. In order to achieve the new three board listing plan in 2017, the recruitment works seems more crucial in 2016.Campus recruitment is an interview way for university graduates. College students had become therecruiting target of major well-known enterprises, there are a large number of enterprises wentinto colleges and universities for recruiting each year.Campus recruitment quality is directly link to the status of enterprise human resource in the next few years or even a longer period, it also determines the enterprise’s market position and development potential, based on these, the campus recruitment is widely recognized and highly valued by the company.This paper is based on the campus recruitment of SN Company.According to the real recruitment working experience in SN Company, and also take real past documents and datum as reference, and take other IT companies’ campus recruitment works as consideration, the collected large of datum to describe the current status of SN Company’s campus recruitment works, it also list the current problems for its campus recruitment works. Trough study the campus recruitment theory, and set a practical campus recruitment program then practice it in the company’s campus recruitment works.Through the study of this paper the author hopes to improve and enrich her own understanding to human resources management, and can set as suitable campus recruitment plan for SN Company future developmen.
