| According to the principle of "the right person for the right post" and "the right post for the right person",the matching of person and post is to arrange different people into the most suitable positions according to the different qualities of different individuals.In this paper,the dynamic person-post matching model is established by considering the learning effect of workshop workers.Finally,taking the DC5 production line of the electric machine workshop of D enterprise as an example,the matching problem of manpower and post in the production workshop of the manufacturing enterprise was studied.The main research content includes the following three aspects.(1)"knowing post",namely post evaluation,is the starting point of post matching.The main content is to use job analysis to generate job description,to clarify the post conditions of post hosting,determine the value of the post,to provide reference for the subsequent priority of post matching.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the element counting method are combined to evaluate the position of DC5 production line in the motor workshop of D enterprise.(2)"knowing people" refers to the determination of the competency of operators,which is the key link of person-post matching.Through job analysis,this paper establishes the competency model of operators in line with the characteristics of DC5 production line,and selects time factor,quality factor and learning factor as evaluation indexes of the competency model.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the index weight,and the personnel competency was finally determined.(3)"person-post matching" means matching the right person to the right post at the right time.It is the last step of person-post matching,which must be carried out on the premise of completing the first two steps.In this paper,firstly,the assignment model is established based on the competency model of the operator to describe the man-post matching problem,and then the improved Hungarian algorithm is used to solve the model with the improved Hungarian algorithm based on the job evaluation results,and finally the optimal man-post matching scheme is obtained.The learning curve of DC5 production line is obtained by using regression analysis according to the learning effect of operators and the production situation of DC5 production line in the motor workshop of D enterprise.In determining the evaluation indexes of homework personnel competence,chose the learning factor,is considered in this feature,so as to make the personnel competency model in dynamic changes,and so when people post match,people post match scheme is also a dynamic change with the operating cycle,so more in line with the production practice,also even more has the practical significance.This paper has 10 figures,41 tables and 77 references. |
