Research On Jujube Processing Equipment Development Status And Countermeasures In Linxian County

Lin County is a well-known jujube county in Shanxi Province and it is famous for its good quality and long history. On the new developing conditions, how to promote the development of jujube processing industry is of great significance. The jujube processing technology and equipment in the Lin County was chose as research objective. In the paper, the current situation of primary processing industry and deep-processing industry was respectively analyzed by means of literature research method, comparative research method and investigation method. The research shows that the jujube processing industry in Lin County has made some progress, but there are still many disadvantages in process of development. First, the processing industries mainly focus on primary processing industry and it has deficiency in deep-processing industry. Secondly, the processing technology and equipments have several disadvantages. Thirdly, the jujube processing industry is short of unified management standards. Lastly, the jujube processing has much problems, such as low processing efficiency, more defective products and serious waste, these problems lead to low utilization of jujube resources and it is not beneficial to the sustainable development of jujube industry. According to the problems of equipment and technology in the jujube processing, the paper put forward the corresponding development strategy as follows. Firstly, Lin County should develope the traditional industries steadily and provide quality raw materials for the processing industries. Then, it should put deep processing in an important position and develop the jujube processing industries rapidly. Thirdly, it should dredge the marketing channel and expand jujube market. Last but not least, in order to achieve sustainable development of Lin County jujube industry, it should establish efficient utilization of jujube resources technology system and improve resource utilization. In the paper, in order to provide a theoretical reference for Lin County jujube processing industry, the problems confronted in the development process of Lin County jujube processing industry were researched and its causes were analyzed, then the corresponding development strategies were put forward.
