In recent years, the "social organization" as a new term, gradually by the public's attention. Social organization refers to a group of people based on a specific goal. The role of social organizations in today's society is becoming more and more prominent, mainly reflected in the following aspects of social and public services. Social organizations participate in the government purchase of public services, reflecting the lower operating costs, better quality of service, the masses and social recognition of higher significant advantage. At the same time, there are many problems in the operation of social organizations. Investigate its root, mainly depends on the government's support and help, did not give full play to the market's property. This article takes the social organization as the research object of social organizations to participate in the government purchase of public services for the market research, through market views and strategies to analyze and solve the problems in the running of social organizations, to provide marketing strategy for the future development of social organizations.The first chapter describes the background of the topic, the domestic and foreign related academic research, and then put forward the research content and research ideas.Two ways of the second chapter, the concept of role of social organizations to play (i.e. play an intermediary role and directly undertake social and public services) are studied in this paper is pointed out second ways:social organizations directly undertake social public service, on the basis of the theory of the government purchase public service are described.The third chapter mainly introduces the international and domestic situation of the participation of social organizations in the government purchase of public services. Three ways to focus on the purchase of public service of our government (non independentnon competitive purchase, independent non competitive purchase and independence competitive purchase) are discussed, affirmed the necessity of their existence, and pointed out the independent competitive purchase is the main road to the development of social organizations. Explain the inevitability of social organization will go on the market competition.The fourth chapter is based on the Chengdu peer social service center in Chengdu city Wuhou District Street Office of government purchase of public service case, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the social organization to establish the SWOT model, in certain social organization advantages and find the main threats facing the analysis of current problems and future competition in the market.In the fifth chapter, the fourth chapter puts forward the problems in the perspective of marketing strategy, carried out an antidote against the disease analysis, and based on the 7PS theory of marketing countermeasures and suggestions are givenFinally, it looks forward to the prospect and the hope of the social organization market development.
