Research On The Mearsurement And Evaluation Of Service Project In The Third Party Logistics

Developing the third party logistics is an important part of economic construction in our country. However, there is a big gap in China third party logistics compared with developed countries, especially the lack of the advanced concept of third party logistics project risk management. As a result, it often leads to cost overruns, transportation risks, the contract dispute in the logistics services, so that the third party logistics enterprise face many problems related to risk management. The main reason is that the project risk management to the third party logistics services had not been put in practice, it causes inefficient service and customer dissatisfaction.So, applying service project risk management measure in the third party logistics is particularly important. In this paper, we combine with the theory of risk management and project management, analysis present situation of the third party logistics development, then construct third party risk evaluation index system.Combining with actual case of quantong company providing logistics services project for jingneng company, this dissertation establishes the index system, including five aspects:the financial risk, operational risk, contract risk, environment risk, management risk and a layer of 19 indicators. Using the AHP method to determine the index weight, we evaluate the logistics service project and give the corresponding preventive measures in order to enrich the third party logistics service project risk management research.
