| At present, the third-party logistics industry of our country is facing newopportunities for development. However, the standard of the project risk management ofthese logistics enterprises is not high, and the relevant theories are not perfect. Thereby, increasing the standard of the project risk management of the third-party logisticsenterprises, and tapping the market potential of the third-party logistics, enhancing thesecurity and reliability of the logistics systems, ensuring the safety of the people and theharmony and sustainable development of the society all have a realistic significance. In this thesis, an overview about the theory of project risk management is givenfrom three aspects: risk identification, risk assessment and risk response. Features ofproject risk management of the third-party logistics is elaborated, according to thedevelopment status of the third-party logistics industry, and the particularity of projectrisk management. Taking the international logistics project risk management case ofYingli Group as an empirical objects, a positive exploration is made to find out how toidentify, assess and respond to project risks from qualitative and quantitative analysis.Operable precautions and reasonable proposals are presented to support the third-partylogistics enterprises to prevent and avoid unnecessary risks, improve efficiency andenhance the competitiveness of enterprises, making an effective operation of thethird-party logistics enterprises and even the entire logistics system. In this thesis, creative explorations have been conducted in the following aspects.1. The concept of the third-party logistics is defined. The thesis decomposes thecomplex risk of the third-party logistics into risk factors which are easy to understand byanalyzing the specific characteristics, and constructs the system of risk assessmentindicators of the third-party logistics by sorting the factors according to hierarchy.2. The SWOT analysis is used on the case of Yingli Group to project riskidentification, which is a method of qualitative analysis to construct the system of riskassessment indicators in the case. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used toconstruct mathematical models, which is a method of quantitative analysis to assess risks. This combination of qualitative assessment and mathematical calculations offersenlightenment on how to promoting risk management research of the third-partylogistics.3. AHP (analytic hierarchy process) is used to determine the weight of eachindicator to make it more reasonable, more in line with objective reality and easy to carryout quantitative analysis. This method solves the problem that the logistics project riskmanagement experts are usually hard to reach an agreement and the assessmentindicators are hard to be distributed rationally, thus improving the accuracy of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation results. |
