Research On Staff Safety Training Project Design Of FK Coal Industry Group

Safety in production is a life-and-death matter.Our government see safety in production as a very significant event,it is not only a simple economy issue,but a serious politic issue,particularly safety control of coal mine enterprise.In recent years,government pay high attention to the safety event of coal mine,a series of law has been formulated,more and more attention has paid on this event.Training of safety in production for coal mine staff is a system issue,also an arduous task.We need diligent,gallant,discovery,then we can gain an efficient training achievement.In this paper,we see FK coal industry group as the object of study.It is a huge state-owned enterprise.We made an intensive study of FK coal mine industry group staff from the study point of current situation of staff training.Find that there are many problems during employee safety training.Then made a list of these questions and find out the reasons.And made an intensive analysis about “11.26”accident in safety in production,find out the problem of FK coal industry training system,then find out what's the reason.After this serious working,according to the advanced experience of some developed countries,we can study the methods of training staff in safety production of them.According to FK coal industry's huge scale and limiting educational level of the workers.Finally we will make countermeasures and suggestions about how to training workers for FK coal industry group.
