Real estate industry is typically capital and financial-intensive industry,without the financial support,the development of real estate industry is unsustainable.With business loans,the bank strongly supports the growth of real estate industry from the supply perspective.And the blossom of personal housing loan provides an important guarantee to the demand side of the real estate industry.Statistics from relevant departments shows that in China,more than 70% of real estate developers' assets are obtained from banks.At the same time,real estate enterprises are facing severe indebted managing problems.At present,the financing mode of real estate enterprises determines that most of the market risk and financing risk gathers in the banks.Therefore,the prevention and control of real estate credit risk appears to be particularly important.With the analytical method combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,this article explained the internal and external factors that affect the prevention and control of real estate credit risks in Z Bank Inner Mongolia Branch through anylysing its present situation of real estate credit risk.And this article on the one hand points out the inner problems that exist in the prevention and control process of real estate credit risk;on the other hand expounds the external factors that affect the prevention and control process.In view of the above problems,this article then puts forward some policy suggestions to strengthen the prevention and control of real estate credit risk.The article is divided into five parts,and the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research status at home and abroad,and also introduces the research contents and methods of the article.The second part introduces the concept of real estate credit and the forms and causes of real estate credit risk.Combing the present situation of prevention and control of real estate credit risk in Z Bank Inner Mongolia Branch,the third part explains the internal and external factors that affect the prevention and control of real estate credit risks in the bank.In view of the above analysis,the fourth part puts forward the policy suggestions to strengthen the prevention and control of real estate credit risk.The fifth part is the article's conclusion,summarizes the contents of the full text.Based on the actual situation of Z Bank Inner Mongolia Branch's real estate credit risk control,this article identifies its problems existing in the prevention and control process of real estate credit risk.At the same time,based on the characteristics of the real estate credit business,this article puts forwards the suggestions from both the internal and external sides to strengthen the prevention and control power under the current macroeconomic situation and policy.And it is expected that this research can strengthen Z Bank Inner Mongolia Branch's prevention and control of real estate credit risk,and also inspire other commercial banks.
