For a long time,The real estate industry has always been a new growth point for China's national economy,and it is also one of the pillar industries.Since the real estate industry is a typical capital-intensive industry and more than half of its capital needs are obtained from commercial bank credit,real estate finance,especially real estate credit business of commercial banks,has penetrated into all aspects of the real estate market.For the development of the real estate industry provides a strong financial support and protection,and the real estate industry can be healthy and stable development is even more shared.However,due to such factors as the asymmetry of information in the real estate market transaction subject,the price bubbles are currently present in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and even in the national real estate market.This has brought commercial banks huge potential credit risks.Once the economic downturn leads to the collapse of the real estate bubble,it will not only bring huge losses to the real estate market and commercial banks,but will also bring a huge impact to the smooth operation of our entire social economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to effectively predict and prevent commercial bank real estate credit risk.This paper uses the real estate credit risk of G Bank Inner Mongolia Branch as the starting point and the end result.In the first part,it introduced the basic theoretical knowledge such as concepts,types and characteristics of real estate credit,and analyzed in more detail such as economic cycle fluctuation and information failure.On the basis of the causes of real estate credit such as symmetry,it also lists some ways to prevent and control real estate credit risk.The second part is based on the basic knowledge of real estate credit risk that the writer has learned,and conducts research on Inner Mongolia Branch of G Bank in the field,evaluates the business development status of the bank based on the acquired primary data,analyzes the causes of the bank's business,and based on the comprehensive index method.,Calculate the real estate bubble comprehensive index,according to international common standards to determine the existence of a slight bubble in the current real estate market in Inner Mongolia.Then according to the author's analysis of the real estate credit review materials and processes within the G Bank Inner Mongolia Branch,the author discovered a series of problems in the prevention and control of real estate credit risk.In the third part,the author proposes seven measures to strengthen the prevention and control of real estate credit risk of Inner Mongolia Branch of G Bank,with a view to providing some feasible suggestions for the prevention and control of real estate credit risk,which enriches the research on real estate credit risk control system of commercial banks.It provides corresponding theoretical reference for the formulation of the corresponding policies of G Bank Inner Mongolia Branch.
