| With the development of trust industry in recent years, trust has gradually become one of the four pillars of modern financial industry. Analysis the efficiency of the trust industry level, on the one hand, can show the ability that trust companies merge and use industry resources; On the other hand, you can compare its competitive position in the entire financial industry. Therefore, to measure the efficiency of trust companies, to quantify the impact of various factors on the efficiency of trust is conducive to improving the competitiveness of the trust company, and to provide theoretical support for the supervision of financial institutions.Based on the published literatures, on the basis of theoretical analysis, we selected 33 companies from 2009 to 2014, continuing operations as samples to analyze the efficiency of trust company from two aspects:on the one hand, by setting the input and output indicators, the use of DEA and SEA model to compare and analyze the efficiency of trust companies, and to do the results were analyzed by paired samples T test and Spearman correlation coefficient test, in order to determine which model is efficiency measure of convincing, on this basis, in accordance with the registration of the trust company is divided into three departments to explore the inter regional trust gap; on the other hand, the efficiency of the value is interpreted as a variable, from personnel quality, innovation ability, risk control ability, profitability, capital strength, self management ability, cost management. Of selecting representative indicators, establish multiple linear regression equation, efforts to research the impact of various factors on the efficiency of trust.Through analysis, it is concluded that:the personnel quality, innovation ability, wind control ability, profit ability, capital strength, the ability of independent management are on the efficiency level of trust has positive effect and cost management of trust level of efficiency has negative effect. On this basis, the proposed trust company from the improvement of the quality of personnel, is recommended to business innovation to promote transformation of trust development, building a comprehensive risk management system, improve management ability and other ways to enhance the efficiency level of trust company business innovation, to achieve the steady development of the trust industry, enhance the social service function of the trust industry, and to promote the rapid development of the financial sector as a whole. |
