After the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster on March 11 2011, people around the world have been paying high attention to the safety and quality of nuclear power. The method of combining ERP System with the standard of nuclear power industry which not only can effectively regulate the core processes of nuclear power,such as maintenance, isolation, facility management, document management, work transformation, feedback etc, but also improve the safety and quality of nuclear power that can make people have more confident in safe usage for it.This thesis is adopted by approach of case analysis that combined related theory and practice. The research is based on following aspects:business status and company organization, enterprise information construction and the guideline, the problems of management and information construction of which company are facing, the research in EPR implemented project of ND nuclear power company, last but no least, the combination of features of the nuclear industry consulting project and criterion of ability of project management, thus selection models of project undertaker and project manger can be established and optimized. During the project implementation, the project cycle will be controlled within six and half months by the way of ASAP. And using project tracking methods, communication matrix, transformation management, and training 3T theory can effectively control and guarantee project scope, project plan, data quality, and training effect. In the last part of the thesis, it analyses the effect of system application from benefits of management, economy society etc. As for the application effect of this system has priority status in domestic energy industry.This thesis has do some analysis on cases, makes a summary from the perspective of project management and brings a conclusion on beneficial management experiences and methods of project management model, transformation management, and fundamental data arrangement communication, training models and controlling project. Besides, it has put up some reasonable advices for the problems that have exposed due to faulty management during the implementation. This thesis may provide some reference for the implementation of ERP in the same type of reactor nuclear power enterprises.
