Confront more complex and changeable internal and external market environment,enhance competitiveness through leadership development become the common choice of all kinds enterprise.Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have problems such as most of them have a short life,high staff turnover,and poor ability to resist risks,the emergence of these problems attribute to most small and medium-sized enterprise top managers' low level of leadership.Based on the former research about definition of leadership,structure for small and medium-sized enterprise leadership development has carried on the corresponding research,through the investigation and study to the SME exectives.This article parsing the small and medium-sized enterprise top managers leadership content as reference frame for small and medium-sized enterprise leadership exploitation.Then try to identify constituent elements of leadership,further defined the weight of each factors of leadership.Based on the theory of leadership,leadership theory,the theory of leadership development literature traces,defining the meaning of leadership and the components of small and medium-sized enterprise top management leadership,in the process of investigation by questionnaire to collect data,and mainly use factor analysis method to analyze survey data,combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine weight index,constructed the small and medium-sized enterprise top managers leadership model elements.First,in this article,try to defining the concept of leadership.affecting the related contents of component model and combining with the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises and the small and medium-sized enterprise top managers leadership factors which defined as leaders decision-making ability,organization ability,staff attention,personality traits,leadership experience,professional knowledge background,totally seven elements.Second,this article put forward the specific exploitation and suggest measures for leadership development,which based on the small and medium-sized enterprise top managers leadership component model.puts forward the objective of the exploitation for small and medium-sized enterprise leadership.Put forward specific suggestions,such as set up regular leadership evaluation system which develop SME enterprise top managers leadership from top manager individuals and the organizations.Made specific leadership development path and proposed measures,executives to enhance their own leadership level,is required to assess the level of leadership,a clear defect level managers and leaders in the process where the leadership level,according to the actual situation proposed and established leadership SME development objective concept,put forward effective measures recommended.On the development of SME executives leadership can develop SME executives leadership by individuals and organizations in two ways.In the individual leaders SME executives change management concepts,continuous learning and knowledge management to be shipped to the enterprise management process to go deeper and staff communication,enhance cohesion,managers also must exercise and to reflect on Gain experience.In terms of organization of the decision-making mechanism leadership SME senior managers to optimize the formation of scientific and institutionalized leadership style and attention to creating a positive and harmonious corporate culture,enhance the influence of team manager.
