Economic globalization arrival prompted the economic development of our country,combined with the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy,the market competition is increasingly fierce,talents is the key of the Enterprise which wants to be in an impregnable position.Core staff,as the key of a main carrier and a contributor of knowledge and experiential technology,is the talent that enterprise should pay much attention to.But the loss rate of core staff continued to rise in recent years,which leads to the incentive measures being overlooked.In view of the huge risk of the enterprise losing core staff,how to retain the core staff and improve the value contribution to the problem of the researchers are constantly emerging.Considering the working characteristics of the core staff,ordinary job-responsibility can no longer standardize their work content.In this way,they need more self-judgment and creativity,so only having a high sense of identity and commitment to the enterprise can the core staff continuously create the development of their organizations.The core staff should be stimulated by joining the organization to make this concept into the enterprise,so that they can leave a better long-term service for the enterprise.In order to further study of enterprise core staff incentive measures,this paper uses questionnaire survey combined with empirical research method.First of all,the related researches at home and abroad are reviewed to find out suitable information,which can provide some references to coming organizational salary incentive of core employees.Secondly,after researching the incentive model,we can summarize in this paper the main motivating factors are: salary and benefits,training and development,organizing cultural environment and balancing work family.Lastly,from the study of the organizational commitment,this paper introduces the concept of organizational commitment to the core staff incentive and by using of the questionnaire data analysis it builds a correlation between organizational commitment and core staff incentive which establishes a salary incentive mode based on organizational commitment of the core staff.Through the study of this article,found that there exists a significant correlation between organizational commitment and the core staff incentive,by surrounding the improving of the core employee's organizational commitment to rationalize the proportion of various incentives,making the incentive factors and organizational commitment form an organic whole,interact with each other and influence each other.And also form a complete set of management mechanism,because of these,the employee's organizational commitment can be better inspired.it is also important for retaining the core employees.On the basis of previous studies,this paper further improves the research on core staff incentive and make the enterprise in the practical work in retaining employees that have a certain theoretical reference.
