Research On AMT Company IT Operation Management

With the quick development and wide application of Information technology, the information management in enterprise is changing from traditional IT devices management to IT system management which is helpful to centrally manage all kinds of information and can be as reference to management and decision-making. Finally, information management in enterprise will switch to IT service management with Customer-focused and Market-oriented, which need closely combine IT operation management system and enterprise business requirement.This thesis is focusing on the analysis of AMT Company's IT operation management. Based on documents summarization, the paper analyzes the running status and the current problems of IT operation management in AMT Company, mainly focuses on the record of IT service desk which is related to software, hardware, mail system and technical supporting from 2010 to 2016. Based on the result of service data analysis, some suggestions are offered to improve on common users, IT staff and IT system. Through the analysis of IT operating data, some internal regularities and relevance can be found, which are helpful to deeply understand the status of IT operation management and specific problem, to improve IT operation management, to improve users'satisfaction. This analysis is also helpful to provide valuable reference to IT related decision-making.
