As the development of the electric power industry reformation, the electric power market is gradually involved in the social market. And the power supply enterprises take a major part in the market competition is overwhelming.The customer resources are the root of each enterprise. As the require of power supply enterprises's customers is characterized by gatherity and individuality, the analysis, assessment,and identification of the power supply enterprises's customers is under original research present by the customers relationship management theory combined with the characteristics of the electric power trade。The key accounts of electric power enterprises are the main customers and benefit resources. They play a great part not only in the enterprises's economic benefit,but also in the society indirectly because of their special requires, such as high grade of electrical pressure, large equipment volume, complex wiry, direct connecting to the power supply system,as well as electric power industry's characteristics.Once an accident happened ,it would brought great loss to the key accounts and serious results to the enterprises, and eventually lead the electric cut-off of large areas. It is of great importance and reality to study the electric power marketing system of the key account。This article analysises the electric power marketing and the present situation of electric consuming market of Zunyi power supply enterprise on the electric power marketing basical theory, and then, it identifies ,assesses, and categorizes the key accounts according to the electric power industry's characteristics by the customers relationship management to reach a benefit agreement by different marketing types to different key accounts. As the electric power industry reform has become worldwide ultimately, this article may be helpful in some way.
