A Study On Budget Management Of An Agricultural Public Institution In A City

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the political system, the reform of the institution of public institutions has gradually entered a substantive stage. In the face of the new situation that the public institution has been participating in the national and global market competition gradually, the financial management of the public institution has also put forward higher requirements.Although after many years of reform and development, the public institution has set up a relatively perfect financial management operation mechanism, but at the same time, standing in the global perspective,public institutions still exist, such as financial supervision mechanism is not perfect, financial professionals is not high, financial risk control consciousness is weak, financial operation efficiency is low, etc..Firstly, this paper gives a brief introduction to the concept of financial management of public institutions and public institution, and then expounds the related theories of financial management of the public institution. This paper takes A as an example, introduces the financial management and puts forward the problems in financial management.
