In the era of knowledge-driven economy, along with the course of the global economic integration speeding up, the market competition is changing from the competition between enterprises to productive talents with loyalty. Organization has shifted their focus from mainly on external customer satisfaction to internal employee satisfaction. And employee satisfaction has been proved playing an important role in organizations'productivity, customer perception, profit margin and organizations' performance as well. Thus employee satisfaction survey and research is being attached great importance and used as an important human resource management tool in current enterprises.This paper bases on employee satisfaction and employees'intention to stay theory literature study carried out a study on employee satisfaction of G Company and how it impact on employees' intention to stay with company. Multidimensional survey questionnaire suitable for G company employee satisfaction is designed. Through the questionnaire to investigate employee satisfaction has positive impact to improve employees'intention to stay. SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the sample data.The problems and key factors affecting employee satisfaction in G company management are identified. The manage strategies to enhance the satisfaction of G company are recommended, more focus should put on incentive factors with Remuneration, promote more channels within the company to allow employee try internal job opportunities and develop career path, etc. Finally, all these employee satisfactions improve shall have positive impact to improve employees' intention to stay with the company to evolve.
