In the twenty-first century, the competition of talents is becoming fiercer and fiercer for the enterprise. The development of enterprises depends on more and more productive employee. Although appropriate employee turnover is reasonable in an enterprise, the cost of the outstanding employee turnover is huge. So how to keep the employee needed by enterprise is always the question managers continue to think about. Eisenberger proposed perceived organizational support in 1986, and it is defined as" the organization value and care about the employee", he thinks once the organizations give the employee adequate care and support, in exchange, the employee will continue to work and have few turnover intention. The researches about intention to stay show that higher levels support from the organization and superior will increase the intention to stay of employee. So this paper will discuss the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention and intention to stay, and make the appropriate comparison.First, this paper reviews the related articles, and chooses the knowledge workers from Zibo, Jinan, Yantai and Tianjin to do empirical study. Second, this paper uses PASW Statistics 18 software to do descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample T test, ANOVA, LSD least significant difference method, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. The analysis states that (1)All variables show different degrees of difference on demographic variables and organizational characteristics.(2) Turnover intention and intention to stay tend to have significant negative correlation, but not completely negative correlation. (3)Perceived organizational support and turnover intention tend to have negative correlation and a significant influence, and the influence power of emotional support and superior support is stronger than those of the others.(4)Perceived organizational support and intention to stay tend to have positive correlation and a significant influence, and the influence power of emotional support is stronger than those of the others.(5)The degree of correlation between perceived organizational support and intention to stay is stronger than that and turnover intention.Finally, this paper performs an analysis of emphasis on emotional support, strengthening the salary management, organizing staff training, improving leadership-employee relations, establishment of learning organization, establishment of supportive culture and focus on individual differences, thereby helps enterprises improve the perceived organizational support of knowledge workers, and makes every effort to make the staff stay in the enterprises.
