| At present,more and more companies have paid attention to satisfaction of employee,which is essential to improve staff service quality.Of course,the improvement of service can promote the diversified requirement of customers,thereby attracting a huge number of customers,which is benefit to enterprises.Therefore,in addition to keeping good public relations with customers,companies also should establish good relationship with employees.Since banks often offer financial products and financial derivatives to customers,products homogenization would be very serious.As a result,improving service quality has becoming the focus of competition among banks.Studies have shown that once employee satisfaction reaches a high level,the quality of employee service will be greatly improved.In result,research on employee satisfaction has great impact on banking companies.With the rapid development of China’s social economy,finance is constantly innovating in practice,and there is a fierce competition among banks.The importance of talents has becoming increasingly important.At present,major commercial banks in China attach great importance to the cultivation,management and use of staff.Human resource management is also constantly improving in order to cultivate higher overall quality employees.With the continuous improvement of the comprehensive quality of the bank’s staff in China,this team has also attracted wide attention,as result more scholars spend much time on the research of employee satisfaction.But for now,the research on the satisfaction of bank employees in China is still at a low level.This paper firstly sorts out various literatures and materials,designs corresponding satisfaction questionnaires for the characteristics of commercial banks.In combination with the actual workforce of the bank,the questionnaires were designed from six aspects:including job satisfaction,job happiness,psychological capital,turnover intention,personal career planning and career organization management,and questionnaires were conducted in the staff.Finally,the SPSS22.0 software is used to analyze the survey results,and the insufficiency of the job satisfaction of Y Bank employees and its reasons are analyzed deeply,and the satisfaction improvement strategy is given: strengthen the system construction,reducing formalism,improveing work efficiency,improve working conditions,optimizing business management,training young employees,appeasing middle-aged and elderly employees,fully implement EAP,etc. |
