In the era of knowledge economy,it is necessary for the enterprise to strive for the survival and development by constant innovation,then it can create a better future.The knowledge talents are the crux of continuous innovation and development for the enterprise.Employees' active participation and engagements are the guarantee of the enterprise competition in the era of knowledge economy.Enterprise managers regard employees as the partners,which can realize the coordinated development,understanding and respect in order to be harmony and win-win.Enterprise employee relationship management by the establishment of effective mechanism of incentive and constraint,maintaining good relationship between enterprises and employees,the staff and workers to help the enterprise build core competitive power and enhance the competitive advantage to realize the enterprise development strategic target.The paper is based on GT Group's employee relationship management system as the research object.Beginning with the GT Group human resources management system,it analyzes present situation and existing problems of GT Group employee relations and puts forward to building human-oriented cooperative employee relationship management system in order to achieve a comprehensive promote the overall cohesion and centripetal force of GT Group employees,create a pleasant and harmonious working environment and help enterprises keep talents.This paper mainly used literature research,empirical study method,questionnaire investigation,summarizes the induction to carry out research work.Collect at home and abroad about the literature of employee relationship management and study to explore the main result of employee relationship management at home and abroad.Get the present situation of the employee relations of GT Group by the questionnaire survey and interview with organization way then use the method of comparison,classification,comprehensive analysis to discuss on some problems.Put forward to building"people-oriented" collaborative GT group employee relationship management system and improve human resources management and building enterprise culture of the"trinity" by strengthening organization safeguard.From the employee communication management,incentive management,stress management,training and development,professional development and other aspects,it strengthens the guidance and implement of enterprise culture and improves employee satisfaction to enhance staff cohesion and a sense of belonging.Improve staff retention rate to construct a harmonious win-win situation and create the employee relations.
