With rapidly changing economic environment and market competition is increasingly fierce,More and more enterprises realize that the outstanding human resource is the most fundamental enterprise competitive advantage.Based on the China building technique Group Co.,Ltd Date center Division as the research object,studied for nearly 10 years of relevant introduction,management and training of human resources in terms of a series of measures and management methods.Through the analysis and summary,Put forward the talent strategy of human resources development model suitable for Date center Division,and to adapt to the enterprises to develop international engineering talent development plan in the future.This article first to the data center Division from the company set up since 2003 until the beginning of the stage of rapid development in recent years,In view of the characteristics in different periods of business and management focus,on human resources development of the implementation of internal management experience and methods to discusses.On the previous research results,on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the system?according to the concept of human capital and professional management tools,for the company's external environment and internal environment analysis,Human resources development and management for the future direction were discussed.Contents include Organization and Talent Review,problem analysis,SWOT analysis and the analysis of the internal employee engagement survey.Finally on the basis of the data and analysis,discusses the division about two of the management system of talents strategy in the future.One is formulated according to the department of business development of international engineering talent training scheme,the other is proposed according to the internal human resources development and management situation of talent development management model.This paper enumerates the domestic data center industry talent management problem of the enterprise development,Summarizes the company for the development of human resources management experience and methods,Put forward to adapt to the talent development plan for the future development of enterprises in the industry,Hope to help enterprises in the Date Center Industry...
