During the process of Reform and Opening up,state-owned enterprises have enhanced their foundation in human resources management,however, due to the long-term systematic constraint,state-owned enterprises have not achieved corresponding development in human resources management,and they have not really introduced mechanisms of competition and natural selection.As a result,there is no talent flow among state-owned enterprises,employees do not have enough sense of crisis and competition,and enterprises cannot give full play to its economic potential. This paper adopts the research method of survey,document study,quantitative analysis and case study,makes research on the advantages and disadvantages of human resources management in China Huaneng Group,and also put forward suggestions on Huaneng's human resources management.This paper draws a conclusion that Huaneng needs to establish a set of new mechanism in human resources management which is in accordance with economic development,and attracts,preserves,utilizes,cultivates and develops talent,and fully mobilizes the initiatives of employees,so as to achieve optimized allocation of human resources,and promote the sustainable development of the company.This paper also draws a conclusion that in order for state-owned enterprises to change the status of human resources management,they have to establish a new concept that human resources are the primary and strategic resources. |
