| Automobile logistics is considered to be all of the logistics industry the strongest,the widest range of technical and complex degree one of the highest areas,has always been in a leading position in the logistics industry development in our country.Especially in auto parts supply logistics system more reflects the high specialization and complexity.And compared with the developed countries of automobile logistics level,China's automotive logistics is still in the stage of development,automobile logistics cost rate is as high as 9.1%,components for optimizing the distribution system,reduce logistics cost,the car industry's top priority.Compared to domestic and foreign auto parts distribution system is presented in this paper,on the basis of development status,it SH motors parts problems of logistics distribution system,by changing the logistics mode,establish the efficient logistics information platform,to SH logistics distribution system is optimized.First of all,this paper introduces the general situation of SH motors,SH auto parts distribution system characteristics and process of the existing problems of distribution system and the analysis of the cause of the problem.Secondly,combining with SH auto parts distribution system of the reality put forward the optimization objectives and principles,set up distribution system optimization study of architecture and optimization steps;On the basis of analyzing the lack of SH auto parts distribution system,and puts forward the strategy of optimization strategy,by introducing the third party logistics,the milk-the run cycle pickup line planning,distribution system,information platform construction mode of SH auto parts distribution system such as the logistics mode,distribution route and information level of distribution system optimization's auto parts distribution system with modern logistics,improve logistics efficiency,reduce logistics cost,so as to realize the whole optimization of automobile spare parts supply chain. |
