The material distribution system as one part of production logistic system, takes charge of distributing the material to the assembling line points in right time, right quantity, right quality and in right form. In order to make the production logistic system optimization, the material distribution system must retrieve the material container at the same time. The material distribution system is the insurance of smooth material flow of production logistic. But in actually operating, the contradiction between efficient pipelining and inefficient material distribution has become the biggest bottleneck constricting the efficiency of the production.The material distribution modes under different production technologies are very different. In push production technology, the material distribution system take the form of centralization, the production plane schedules push the material going through the production line form the beginning to the ending. In the pull technology, the material system takes the form of decentralization, the customer orders pull the material going through the production line from the end item to the beginning. In this paper, after comparing the "push system" and "pull system", the "pull system" is considered to be more profitable for production system at production schedule and production line's material distribution. After using JIT theory to analysis the waste in the traditional factory distribution, put forward the idea of initiative distribution in JIT management.In the last chapter of this paper, basing on the analysis of the assembling line of automobile, introduced the characteristics of the mixed assembling line. According to the material acquiring frequency, quantity and the restriction of time, the material distribution takes the different form: the suppler JIT distribution and production line initiative offer. And then through establishing real time monitoring system, offering actual acquire of the production line, it the premise of achieving JIT material distribution. After analysis the material characteristics, made different material containers eventually enhanced the effective of stowage. Though establish quantity management mode, optimized the distribution frequency and quantity; at last used mixed time window theory optimized the vehicle routing problem.
