Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of low income workers is the fundamental purpose of the minimum wage system in our country.And the minimum wage standard is moderation or not is the key to the realization of the original intention.Too high or too low minimum wage will not only adversely affect the rights and interests of workers,but also will have a bad effect on the normal operation of the social economy.The city of Tianjin began to implement the minimum wage system since 1995,which is one of the earliest areas that began to implement minimum wage system in our country.As of the end of 2015,the minimum wage in Tianjin has been adjusted 18 times,and the minimum wage has raised from 210 yuan per person per month to 1850 yuan in 2015.However,whether the current minimum wage standard and upward trend can meet the demands of the survival and development of the workers?Whether the implementation of the minimum wage has a negative impact on the operation of social economy?And whether the relationship between the minimum wage standard and the main economic indicators is appropriate?These questions need us to carry on a thorough discussion to the minimum wage standard in Tianjin.This paper selected the minimum wage in Tianjin as the research object.The important theory base of the paper includes the nimimal wages theory of classical economics,minimum wage theory of Max,and efficiency wage theory.And the paper collected the relevant statistical data of Tianjin to reaserach the moderation of the minimum wage standard.Firstly,the paper expounded the value of the sdudy from the perspective of protection of the laborers's rights and interests,fair distribution of income,human capital investment and social stability.And then the paper analyzed the factors that influence the minimum wage from the perspective of theoretical analysis and quantitative analysis to explain the discriminant basis of the modest exploration of the minimum wage standard.Secondly,the paper analyzed the implementation of the minimum wage standard in Tianjin,and found that there are some problems of the minimum wage standard,such as the time and frequency of the adjustment are not fixed,the growth rate in recent years is lower than before.And the regression analysis showed that the current minimum wage standard has not yet had a negative impact on the production and operation of the enterprises.Then based on the results of the grey relational analysis method,the paper analyzed the moderate relationship between the minimum wage standard in Tianjin and each key economic index by means of charts and graphs furtherly,and draw the conclusion that the current minimum wage standard in Tianjin is still low.Once again,the paper used the ELES method and the specific gravity method to calculate the minimum wage standard,and we adjusted the minimum wage standard on the basis of the calculation results.Finally,based on the current situation of the minimum wage in Tianjin,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as raising the level of legislation,establishing a scientific and moderate measurement method,clarifying the adjustment mechanism,sounding the procedure pf consultation by three parties and strengthening the supervision.
