In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism and electronic commerce,tourism e-commerce sites are also booming.More and more tourists book tourism products online because of the convenience and functional diversity of travel websites and online reviews of travel websites come into being under this background.The online reviews about tourism products,which were published by tourists,were tourists' s real feelings.So it is valuable to research online reviews.Researching online reviews of different types of tourism destinations,one of the aims is to explore what tourists said in the online reviews,the second aim is to explore the similarities and differences of online reviews of different types of tourism destinations,the third aim is to get some conclusions and find problems existing in the tourism destinations and so we can provide reasonable suggestions for the improvement of the tourism destination.This paper selected online reviews from Tuniu.com,Ctip.com,LY.com and lvmama.com.And this paper selected Tangshang Hot Spring,Zijin Mountain Scenic Area,njaquamagic as research objects.Tangshang Hot Spring belongs to leisure scenic area;Zijin Mountain Scenic Area belongs to historical and cultural heritage scenic area;njaquamagic belongs to theme park.This paper used Grounded Theory to explore the content of online reviews,and then got some conclusions and found some problems about toursim destinations.Finally,this paper used Grounded Theory to analyse the negative comments of tourism destinations.The results show that,the content of online reviews can be summarized on the micro level as fifteen kinds of attributes and on the macro level as three kinds of attributes.The fifteen kinds of attributes are “service of scenic area”,“the satisfaction of scenic area”,“tourist's attention to other content”,“the evaluation of booking tickets online”,“feelings after visiting”,“the number of people in scenic area”,“facilities”,“price level of scenic area”,“attractions of scenic area”,“revisit and recommend”,“food”,“companion”,“travel time”,“the evaluation of scenic area”,“traffic”.The three kinds of attributes are “functional attributes”,“mixed attributes”,“psychological”.The outstanding problems of Tangshang Hot Spring are “facilities”,“management”,“food”.The outstanding problems of Zijin Mountain Scenic Area are“tourism experience”,“management”,“facilities”,“lack of connotation”.The outstanding problems of njaquamagic are “management”,“facilities”.Finally,this paper provides reasonable suggestions for this three tourism destinations.
