With the vigorous development of Viet Nam’s Internet,Internet shopping has been rapidly developed.The rise of the Internet shopping has brought not only great convenience and benefits to the people’s the original industry and made more pressure on traditional companies.Despite all of above said,the fastest growing internet shopping is C2 C market.Since Viet Nam’s Internet penetration is in a high-speed development period,C2 C e-commerce market will maintain a sustained and rapid growth.Meanwhile,online shopping is gradually deepening penetration,and more categories are joining the ranks of purchase.At the same time,second-tier cities and rural markets have shown rapid growth.After several years of development,Viet Nam E-commerce segment experienced quiet time and now the rise.it had formed a Four situation of confrontation with chotot.vn,vatgia.com,5giay.vn and chodientu.vn in Viet Nam’s C2 C market.As a rising star in a very short time,chotot.vn has defeated giant vatgia.com who has previously occupied monopoly position.But the same time,Google,facebook giants announced that they entered the market.Meanwhile,traditional retail companies have also introduced online sales.In such situation,chotot.vn faces enormous challenges.In particular,the brutal fact is that Viet Nam’s C2 C market has not yet found a mature profit model.As the parent company 701 Search Group has been slowdown in the growth of the situation.Chotot.vn will continue to maintain a leading position will be more dependent on whether chotot.vn Can find a more suitable profitable ways.Currently,701 Search Group’s B2 C platform has been in charge of business in Singapore and other countries,some of its value-added services also achieved good market response.In this case,studying on chotot.vn marketing strategies and means of profit has different unusual significance to its sustained rapid development.This paper does a preliminary study and research on the marketing strategy of chotot.vn by taking a analysis way.By strategic analysis tools.This paper focuses on the analysis method by PETS chotot.vn macro environmental analysis and the use of five competitive forces model to analyze the industry environment and the external environment through both analysis to understand chotot.vn the marketing environment to study chotot.vn based marketing strategy.the use of SWOT matrix to analyze the company’s internal resources chotot.vn to study chotot.vn the SO(Strengths – opportunities)strategy.Thence with a view to further consolidate the competitive position of the advantages of chotot.vn and the development of Viet Nam’s C2 C e-commerce,I suggested the appropriate marketing strategies and profitable way for reference.
