With the continuous improvement of living standards, as well as accelerated aging population, the elderly have become increasingly prominent pension, pension insurance has become a hot topic of social concern. After years of development,our pension systemhas formed the current multi-level old-age security system. Wherein, in the study of different populations in the pension for enterprise retirees because of low long-term pension amounts triggered a focus on the whole society. In this sense, the satisfaction of enterprise retirees pensions is a quite realistic topic.Firstly,in this context, we select Bayannaoer Electric Power Bureau as a case study subject, on the basis of relevant theories to define, firstly analyzes the current situation of retirees and existing problems. The results show that the gap between the enterprise retirees pension and government institutions is large, the pension fund payment policy is not perfect, the coverage rate of old-age insurance is not high, and the pension payment is chaotic.Second, this article from the perspective of case studies in order to analyze the object Bayannaoer Power Administration, issued based on the current situation of pension Bayannao'er Electric Power Bureau, summarized the Bayannao'er Power Administration is facing a variety of pension issues, such as pension funds collection difficulties, income over expenditure, the number of retirees is growing, and so are not allowed when the disbursement of funds. By Bayannao'er Electric Power Bureau analysis, preliminary findings education level, monthly income, retired workers health, pension system integrity, pre-retirement job level and other factors may affect the satisfaction of pensions.Third, through field research questionnaires distributed 510 copies of the recovery to gather first-hand data, and the use of Ordered Logit models for data analysis using software SPSS 19 empirical test results for a specific grant amount will be life satisfaction of respondents with absolutely positive impact. At the same time, the specific amount will be granted a large degree of influence on the retiree health condition satisfactory degree, and is a positive correlation. Through this practice it proved that the specific amount of pensions for retired staff of individual life satisfaction has a very positive impact.
