| Information security and confidentiality is an important issue in the informationization construction of Chinese military enterprises. It is not only a pure technical problem, but also involves many aspects such as technological innovation and management mode change. Therefore, in the process of construction of the information system integration project of the nuclear industry, more attention should be paid to the management of the project risks. It is necessary to construct the information security system of the nuclear industry.Based on the risk management theory, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the integrated project of the general information system integration project and the military information system integration project. Through the comparison, it points out that the military industry involved in the information system integration project. Secondly, it analyzes the information environment and the security situation of the scientific research and production activities and management of the nuclear industry enterprises and institutions, and establishes a nuclear industry information security and information security management system for the information security of the nuclear industry. The risk management basic framework model of the information system integration project of the nuclear industry is put forward in this thesis. Thirdly, according to the existing problems in the risk management of the integrated information system project of the nuclear industry, using the safety baseline analysis method and model analysis. Finally, the feasibility and validity of this risk evaluation index system is verified by the case of a classified information system of a nuclear industry, which is discussed in detail.The results of this research have some reference significance for the risk management of the integrated information system project of the nuclear industry. |
