AB Nuclear Power Enterprise Comprehensive Risk Management System Design And Application

As the internal and external business environment of the enterprise changes day by day acutely,the risk management plays an increasingly important role in promoting the realization of the enterprise strategic target.The electric power industry plays an important role in the social and economic.In order to achieve stable,rapid and healthy development,the implementation of comprehensive risk management becomes more and more urgent.Comprehensive risk management is not only the requirement to improve the enterprise management level,the core competitiveness and the ability to resist risks,but also the inevitable choice of economic globalization trend.How to design a set of suitable comprehensive risk management system for electric power enterprise is an important subject of enterprise management.This paper first to analyze the present situation of comprehensive risk management in the domestic and foreign large-scale electric power enterprises,then emphasizes the necessity and importance of the comprehensive risk management in the electric power enterprises.Based on the in-depth analysis of the representative theories,such as the COSO-ERM,ISO standards on risk management and the central enterprise comprehensive risk management theories,etc,this paper carries out risk,risk management and the basic theory of comprehensive risk management.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existed in the comprehensive risk management in AB nuclear power enterprise,discusses the ideas on comprehensive risk management system.This paper designs a set of operational optimization solution,which is adapt to AB nuclear power enterprise.Illustrated by the case of AB Company,this paper carries out the validity and rationality of the comprehensive risk management optimization.Finally,all the works and main conclusions,the effect reference in the field and prospect forecast for electric power enterprises are summarized systematically.
