In many postal services, as a core component of the postal business, the letter business occupies a very important position for the public to provide information and communication means of communication, in the relevant documents under the government agencies in various aspects of society plays an important. With the rise of modern communication technology and Internet technology and the rapid development of the traditional postal industry letter business is facing a huge challenge, but also has the opportunity for innovation and development. How to adapt to the development of new technologies, the difficulties for the opportunity to seize the core of new technologies to achieve the letter business innovation and development, which is including Anhui Post, including many postal enterprises must be considered and pondering a little. Finally, how to protect these measures is made correspondingly.This paper is to explore the development strategy of Anhui postal mail business for the development of a certain role in guiding the postal financial business in Anhui can’t be loose, delivery business can’t be slow, innovation should be strengthened, the number of customers to increase the development goals to make a contribution during 13th Five-Year Plan period.
