Research On The Path Of Beijing Gamrment Industrial Transfer Based On The Collaborative Strategy Of Jingjinji

In recent years,the world economy in slow recovery phase,Our Countries in industrial structure for a new round is adjustment.The economic profit of multinational company is declining,we must seek a new way of profit growth,so multinational is based on the production of companies have transferred to developing countries. A lot of indications should be a place that our country will become the new global manufacturing center. All the signs indicate that China will become the new global manufacturing center,as Chinese capital the function of the Beijing political economic technological and cultural development,regional flow and spatial allocation of production factors at home and abroad is more active,a new round of industrial transfer in the expansion of the scale,with the complex and changing environment,Beijing is an international metropolis city in the rapid development of ecological environment, environmental protection and economy are facing new opportunities and development. Since 2015, the country put forward the macro strategy of coordinated development of JingJinJi region, non capital functions to ease Beijing,new ways of positioning strategy orientation of JingJinJi provinces,the strategic environment of Beijing garment industry is facing new challenges, and actively cooperate with the strategic transfer of industries,through the construction of a new mode of apparel industry structure to realize industrial transfer new target. Beijing garment industry focus on the transfer of the path to make a breakthrough, and strive to provide the path for other industries to provide a path to support and optimize the allocation of space resources.This paper begins with the theory of industrial transfer in foreign and domestic industries,and the theory of industrial transfer in JingJinJi,and summarizes the theoretical basis of industrial transfer. Secondly,Beijing textile clothing industry transfer background and development trend were reviewed,the study on quantitative measurement for the transfer of the garment industryscale,according to the status quo of the development of Beijing clothing industry at present,the industrial agglomeration, Grainger test method of Beijing apparel industry choose the path of empirical research. Finally,according to the position of Beijing in strategy,combined with the transfer of the domestic and foreign industrial experience,put forward the suitable strategic path of the development of Beijing garment industry,rely on the JingJinJi collaborative development strategy, industrial transfer presents countermeasures and suggestions on Beijing garment industry.
