After more than 20 years of domestic brokerage information construction and development, IT is no longer just a simulation of manual processing, support for business operations support tools, has become a booster to enhance the core competitiveness of securities firms. Especially in recent years, some firms in the "Internet plus" and big data applications, a bold exploration, to achieve a breakthrough development in service innovation, support has also made great progress in the protection of the transaction, service.However, due to the broker is not the Internet IT company, IT project management, the majority of brokers are still in the IT sector co-ordination- the traditional model of the project manager. In the brokerage information system is getting bigger and bigger, the project environment is more and more complex, this model is often unable to control the risk of the project uncertainty, which leads to the project delay, cost overrun or even failure.In view of the uncertainty risk of IT project, the current domestic academic tendency and the use of U-C-P model to control. "U-C-P model", that is, "uncertainty coordination mechanism- project performance" relationship model(uncertainty-coordination-performance). This model through the establishment of IT project uncertainty, coordination mechanism, the relationship between the structure of project performance, revealing the impact of uncertainty on the project, while exploring the control strategy of IT project uncertainty.This article from the application of U-C-P model in the brokerage IT project risk management with the validated the relationship between the factors in the model of U-C-P correlation in the brokerage IT project, and put forward the control strategy using U-C-P model to suppress the IT project uncertainty risk. Furthermore, it attempts to apply the U-C-P model uncertainty control strategy to the broker information system to integrate this huge and complex project. By strengthening the coordination control between vertical coordination control in organizations and groups, making the project in the implementation process fully avoid the demand, technology, personnel of the uncertainty of the performance risk, make the project cycle before planned for half a year to reach a predetermined milepost.Brokerage information systems integration project implementation process, the essence of the company's existing business system technology and business integration process. The whole project is not only larger, but also involves a number of applications and transformation of the system, the project was carried out later, the cost will be higher, for the major brokerage firms in terms of time has a considerable urgency. Through the practice of this paper, not only verify that the U-C-P model can play a positive role in the risk management and control of the IT project, but also provide a feasible way for other securities companies to integrate the IT system framework.
