The Framework Build Of Project Integration Management System Based On Integration-by-parts Method

The paper proposed that in current academic area one of the further research space about project integration management is structural problem: the project integration management system framework is too vague to pay more attention on the issue of cohesion of each sub-module, and the other one is information problem: the integrated information platform doesn't match the system framework which is built. Therefore, building project integration management system framework and the corresponding information platform has high academic value and good prospects.For the purpose of solving the two problems raised above this paper applied integration-by-parts method to construct the framework of project integration management system, establish the conceptual model of project integration management system and build project integrated information platform. The paper designed all necessary processes to complete the project integration management system which takes integration-by-parts method as core and contains five steps. Paper firstly makes systematic reconstruction to a project: review and design the whole system structure of the engineering project according to the guiding theory of"from synergy to integration, and finally to intensiveness"; then optimizes step by step: use mature models to maximize the value of the modules in project integration management system, discuss the integration of models by mapping theory in each module for the optimization of the module; after that form seamless cohesion among all system modules: apply integration-by-parts method to value system in comprehensively overall balance, through the establishment of multi-dimensional model in each module and the points between each model to achieve the integration of modules, finally through mix of a single module step by step to establish the conceptual model of project integration management system; based on the framework of project integration management system, reference to the advanced project management software at home and abroad, then combined with PMIS, this paper builds project integrated information platform from three levels successively: seamless cohesion, tightly integration and loosely coupling; finally makes performance evaluation for the project integration management system and information platform. The establishment of conceptual model about project integration management system will provide new idea and evidence for the research of project integration management; the build of project integrated information platform will truly get ready for computer realization of project integration management and lay foundation for full support from integration management to project.
