Therefore, the research of land use status, intensive management, implementation agriculture parks of rural resources, social, economic and ecological sustainable development is of great significance.Based on the location theory, land rent theory, land scale reward theory and the sustainable development theory as the foundation, the system combed the theory and method of modern agricultural park and land intensive,Peng Xi county agricultural park were analyzed in 2011-2015 land use situation and problems, constructing agricultural park land intensive utilization evaluation index system, By determining the evaluation index standard, and with the aid of the BP neural network model to carry out the quantitative evaluation, based on the comprehensive analysis of the results of the proposed Suggestions for the improvement of modern agricultural park land use intensive degree.First, define the agricultural park the connotation of intensive utilization of land.
