Land Intensive Utilization Evaluation Of Zhangjiagang Yong Lian Industrial Park

With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the social and economic development in the present stage,the contradiction between the demand and the limited land resources in China's industrial construction land is becoming increasingly prominent,and the reduction of agricultural land,as well as the national food security are required to improve the level of land intensive use of industrial construction land.Industrial Park as a major land intensive use form,in particular,the township industrial park,the pilot area of the development of local economic and experimental fields,for the development of local industrial economy,urbanization process,the protection of agricultural land area,etc.,are playing an irreplaceable role.Therefore,the realization of the intensive use of industrial parks is not only conducive to the promotion of local social and economic progress,but also conducive to the sustainable development of the industrial park itself.This thesis is made up of six parts:In the first part,the reasons of the problems are discussed,the significance of the research is analyzed,and the research on the land intensive use of industrial parks at home and abroad is introduced,and the research contents,research methods and technical routes are introduced.In the second part,the paper further expounds and defines the basic concepts of Industrial Park,land intensive use,and expounds the basic theory of land intensive use,such as location theory,land compensation decline theory,sustainable development theory,regional economic development theory,comprehensive evaluation theory,system theory and so on.In the third part,from the system structure,system characteristics,system analysis of the industrial park land use system analysis;research of industrial park land intensive use evaluation objectives and evaluation principle;according to the analytic hierarchy process to select evaluation index,and the evaluation index of land intensive use,and to determine the weight coefficient of each evaluation index,and finally build the industrial park land intensive use evaluation system.In the fourth part,introduces the general situation of social economy and land use in the Yonglian industrial park.The third part is the evaluation system.The data were collected in 2014 and 2011,and the data were evaluated by using the method of mathematical statistics.The comprehensive evaluation of land intensive use in 2014 and 2011 was conducted.In the fifth part,according to the analysis of the land intensive use of the Yonglian industrial park,pointed out the main problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the sixth part,the conclusions of this paper are summarized.Through this study,the main conclusions are as:(1)The comprehensive index of land intensive utilization of the Yonglian industrial park is 0.7526 and 0.7867 in 2011 and 2014 respectively,considering the existence of some comprehensive factors,the intensive use of land is in a relatively high level,and the actual situation is in good agreement with the actual situation,it also shows that the evaluation index system is reasonable.(2)The comprehensive index of land intensive utilization of Yonglian industrial park is still below 0.8,which indicates that the land use of the park is not the best state of intensive use of land,mainly land use efficiency of the index is only 0.74,which means that the industrial park has already had a considerable land size and concentration,the core problem is the existence of land output is amount total and low average.(3)Comprehensive analysis of the basic situation of land use,land use investment and land use efficiency,as well as the change from 2011 to 2014,the main problems of land intensive use in the Yonglian industrial park are:land use efficiency is subject to the industry profitability,far from the ideal state;the construction density index is influenced by the industrial structure,and only 0.6 in 2014;as the township industrial park,by the land supply mechanism and model of the impact of land strokes shoot hanging rate index below 0.7;located in rural areas,in order to maintain social stability in rural areas,some of the land can only be a simple development and finishing.(4)For the main problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and ggestions.Through the empirical research on the intensive use of land intensive use in Zhangjiagang Yonglian Industrial Park,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference and help to improve the degree of intensive land use,At the same time,it is hoped that it can provide some practical reference for improving the level of intensive land use of Township Industrial Park,promoting the harmonious development ofthe township industrial park and the social environment.
