Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of H Company's Contract Review Based On Non-Standard Petrochemical Equipment

For the last few years, there is a pressing demand for fossil fuel, great progress has been achieved for the domestic petrochemical equipment industry. In this environment, Company H made gradually development and has the ability to provide drilling rig, top drive, solid control, mud pump and other oil and gas equipment, its product has been widely recognized in the domestic and international markets.Because of the fierce competition, these orders always have the characteristics of tight time, strict requirements, and more types of materials. Influenced by the external factors and internal environment, there are lots of problem in Company H's contract review. Delivery extension and cost overruns has become a universal phenomenon. Therefore, it is imperative to control the risk from the source. Company H has established ISO quality management system, and contract review is one of the key requirements in the management system, but the fact is the system did not play its due role, why does this happen, this is a problem that worthy for us to discuss and investigate.This paper takes Company H as the research object. First, through the research of analyzing the contract review process and the actual delivery time in the recent 3 years, it shows that ignoring the contract review is the reason of increasing the risks of Non-standard petrochemical equipment contracts. Second, according to objective fact, from different angles of politics, economy, society, science and technology, using PEST analysis method, this article analyzes the external constraints encountered in the contract review, then, combined with the product characteristics, organizational structure, process requirements and so on, analyzing the internal constraints encountered in the contract review. Based on above all, the thesis puts forwards to establish a standardized contract review system and process claims, the thesis also emphasizes the importance of clarifying the responsibilities of each department. Finally, this article suggest to give training for all staffs,build a full contract risk management consciousness, in order to reduce the risks of each link AFARThe study of this subject is helpful to make Company H know the encountered problems better in contract management; it is also helpful to improve the level of contract risk management ability. Combining with the actual situation, this article puts forward constructive suggestions on how to establish and standardize the management system of contract review; it is helpful to ensure the trade safe and healthy development of the business.
