Research On Optimization Design Of Contract Review Process For H Elevator Company

With the continuous development and improvement of the market economy,the trading activities and economic exchanges between market entities are increasing.As an important contract in economic activities,the commercial contract not only protects the legitimate rights and interests of both parties,but also clarifies their obligations.The contract can bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise,and may also bring economic losses and risks.Because of the characteristics of both opportunities and risks in contracts,it is particularly important to attach importance to enterprise risk management and contract risk management.Modern enterprises must adhere to the rule of law,strengthen the company's ability of contracts performance,and improve risk management,in order to effectively reduce operating risks and promote development of enterprises.This paper takes H Elevator Company as an example,through combing the risk management and contract management theories,considering H Elevator Company's external environment and operating status,to study the company's existing contract review process,and through the company's internal interviews and questionnaires to finds the problems,including lack of contract clause risk identification,lengthy contract review process,and ambiguous definition of job responsibilities and analyzes the reasons.Use relevant process improvement tools,such as internal customer demand analysis,benchmarking analysis,and process analysis to optimize the design of the company's contract review process,and use risk management theory to improve the contract risk identification,summarize contract review points and design the contract approval matrix to improve the level of company's contract risk management,and proposed an implementation plan and corresponding policies for H Elevator Company to promote the new contract review process.The research in this paper also provides reference for the contract review and risk control management of other companies in the same industry.
