Study Of Petrochemical Equipment Management Based On LCC Theory

As the basis of petrochemical production, equipment management is a critical issue that how to reduce equipments'costs and how to reduce the pollution to the environment, in the tendency that enterprises and devices are inclined to larger and larger scale in recent years. In this sense, the article suggests the method—Life Cycle Cost, to the equipment management of the whole petrochemical industry. At the same time, the corresponding evaluation is provided in accordance with different stages of the management.The article is combined with the theoretical analysis and empirical research, is based on the concept of the LCC to research three cases of a company: type-choosing decision, technological transformation and environmental governance, so that the result is obtained. In the process of empirical analysis, the specific LCC formula and the suggestion are provided via the method of technology economics in the case of short of data, which brings on a new path as to solve the practical problem.LCC concept is a specific interpretation of Scientific Outlook on Development and sustainable development; it will be bound to be concerned. The article leads it into the petrochemical industry, is aimed to raise the level relative to the traditional equipment management.
