The cross-integration of natural risks and market risks makes the production and management of agricultural face enormous instability. After the research of mature foreign agricultural insurance system and the actual situation of our agricultural. The study group put forward a price insurance product solution which is demand the actual situation of China. At the same time, through the analysis of the effectiveness of China's futures market, the study group actively explore to use the function of futures market, include price discovery and hedging to hedge the risk implied in the agricultural insurance. The study can enrich the agriculture insurance products and improve the country's agricultural insurance system to provide support for the healthy and stable development of agriculture industry.Henan is a very important economic province in China, it is the first big agricultural province of China. Grain production in Henan Province reached more than 1100 billion kilograms which undoubtedly laid the Henan Province in China's agricultural industry in a pivotal position.Based on the theoretical analysis,empirical analysis and international experience,the main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, this paper analysis the agricultural futures Insurance in China and points out the core of insurance is security price. Then search the futures price and the spot price from 2012 to 2015,use the data to analysis the effectiveness of the zhengzhou wheat futures market and propose the design of the wheat futures price insurance.Finally, reference to the Agriculture Insurance in US—GRIP, calculate the security price and insurance premium,use the result to calculate the amount that the company need to pay,compared with the profit of the farmer every year to verify the design of the wheat futures price is rational.
