In March 5,2015, at the twelve session of the third National People's Congress, Premier Li Keqiang first put forward the "Internet plus" action plan in the "government work report", which facilitating the combination of mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and modern manufacturing industry, promoting the healthy development of electronic commerce, Internet industry and Internet banking, and guiding the Internet products to expand the international market. As a new economic form, "Internet plus" is the integration of Internet and traditional industries in depth. With the development of national "Internet plus" action plan,it can be predicted that Chinese insurance industry will also show a new look and style with the supporting of Internet technology's development.Internet insurance already has a significant development in our country over the past few years. More than half of insurance companies have been active to expand the Internet market and several Internet innovation institutions have also appeared. At present, in terms of internet insurance institutions, there are three kinds of companies. The first one is the traditional insurance company which has the independently management and sells most of insurance in its website. The second one is the professional Internet insurance company just focusing on the Internet. The last one is the third party platform that is similar as mediation. In general, insurance company plays the most important role while another two institutions have much less influence on the whole market. Therefore, we must take effort to conduct research on traditional insurance company in order to promote the development of the whole Internet market.There are two reasons why we select Funde Sino Life Insurance Company as the main object to study.
