On the basis of the overall probe into Sino-America life's Insurance, Changsha Branch, it is found that Changsha Branch has many defects in marketing and management mainly manifested in over-emphasized individual's marketing agent system; the difficulty in soling insurance sheet resulted from over-priced insurance's products; old-fashioned insurance products being out of the line with the market; unitary marketing channels and it's inefficient line agent. Though Sino-America life's Insurance, Changsha Branch has prealiced that and has taken some measure to improve it's marketing and management, it's by for not enough. Because it marcly made some superfacial changes in its management system, not touched its fundamental and deep cause. It's necessary to renovate If s marketing and management so as to make Changsha Branch powerful and strong, meanwhile to promote China's life's insurance in a sustained, healthy and rapid way.This paper, by means of modern holistic marketing ( 4P strategies) approach, namely, product strategy. Place strategy, price strategy and promotion strategy, analyses Changsha Branch's defects of its products, Places, prices and promotion and its cause in a systematic way; puts forward some suggestions on how to renovate marketing and management so as to develop and strengthen a life's in sunance itself under the new situation. It will be a guide and a help to Changsha Branch and even China-invested life's insurance companies.
