Enterprise competition focuses on talented person's competition, especially for the technical talent's competition. How to make full use of enterprise human resources is the key to keep the enterprise competitiveness, and the prominent goes up with the knowledge economy era. The technology talent is the backbone of enterprise innovation, the technology talent master professional knowledge of science, and have strong ability to innovate in the enterprise, and create huge economic value with deep professional skills for the enterprise. The technology talent is one precious resources of enterprise. Enterprises should motivate the work enthusiasm of technology talents fully, and exert their innovation potential, finally, they help enterprises to achieve strategic objectives. Compared with the general staff, they demand level is higher, more emphasis on the pursuit of spiritual and personal development. For this type of employees, the company should adopt different from general staff incentive mode. However, due to our country enterprise human resources management's backward, the actual incentive mechanism design, often ignore the personalization features of skilled workers, lack of unified of flexible incentive policy.The paper expound the domestic and foreign scholars'technology talents incentive management theory at first, according to the analysis of the technical talent's characteristics, put forward their demand for incentive mechanism. Then, setting SEED Company as a research object, we survey deeply the existing management system and incentive status of SEED Company by the way of questionnaire investigation and employee interviews. The paper analyzed the technology talent cognition about the existing incentives, performance appraisal, compensation and incentive factors. The paper find that the company pay structure is single, evaluation mechanism is imperfect, the spiritual evaluation system is fuzzy, the training system is defective. For these problems, this paper gives some suggestions including build the principle of incentive mechanism, build the technology talent evaluation system?the salary system?the training system?promotion system,and how to improve the technology talent internal incentive mechanism of SEED Company. To redesigned the technology talent incentive mechanism of SEED Company.Before building the incentive mechanism, we need to know the incentive requir ement of the technology talent,, and then targeted to the implementation of the stim ulus measures, the last is to regularly review the incentive effect, and correct the def iciencies. As a result, the incentive mechanism will be more perfect, and more effect ive. The excellent incentive mechanism can maximize the technology talent's creative potential, better play to their value, and at the same time of achieving personal goal s, it is also to create more economic benefits for the company.
