The contemporary Chinese society is in transition and public demand becomes diversified. There is a great connection between the development of peasants' economic and the supply of rural public goods. The rural public product supply mechanism is changing along with social development. Based on the development of society, government should timely adjust the rural public product supply mechanism to promote the development of rural economy. The development of the market economic reform and opening-up practice has fully proved the situation of rural public goods supply is not only directly concern the fundamental interests of the broad masses of peasants, but also affect the development of the whole national economy.In Shanxi Province, because of the economic level and regional natural conditions, the economic development seep is slow and the gap between urban and rural areas has widened. As the important part of rural development in Shanxi, the existing rural public products supply system already unable adapt to the farmers demand for public goods at this stage. As a result, studying how to provide a high-quality and high-efficient public product could be particularly important. Upon the perspective of farmers' demand, this paper using Lvliang city as an example to analyzed the rural public products supply and demand situation in the new period of Shanxi Province; also to analyzed the problems in the supply:it consists with unbalance between supply and demand, the obvious differences between urban and rural public products supply, lack expression mechanism of demand famers. At the same time, the paper are proposed some suggestions according to optimize the supply structure, narrow the gap between urban and rural supply, improve the farmers demand expression mechanism, and broaden the financing channels.
