Chongqing Huayang Company, a representative of Chinese private enterprises since the reform and opening up, displays a longitude panorama of private enterprises in our country. However, some defects still exist in the compensation system of Chongqing Huayang Company. In terms of the current operating conditions of private enterprises. design and adjustment of the salary system are the factors that hinder the development of the company. Therefore, the salary system has become a major obstacle to the competitiveness of large-scale private enterprises, which comes from the fact that Chongqing Huayang Company neither gives full play to its salary system nor effectively integrate management philosophy of private enterprises in Chongqing city, production means and management information with its own company.The present research, based on the theories of compensation management, optimizes the problems existing in the compensation system of Chongqing Huayang Company through such four methods as document analysis, case study, questionnaire and interview. This dissertation firstly introduces the current salary system of Chongqing Huayang Company, and thus proposes improvement measures through a questionnaire. There are two main purposes in the present study:Theoretically, the salary management system, an important part in the culture of enterprise strategic management, is proved to be a tie between enterprises and employees, which plays a significant role in the formulation and implementation of enterprise development strategy; Practically, the author, processing from the current compensation system of Chongqing Huayang Company, proposes methods to stimulate employees'enthusiasm for the prosperity of companies. What is proposed in the dissertation can be used for reference by other companies.
